Growing Top Sales Professionals
Common Questions
That depends on your previous work experience, education, and a variety of other factors. We can guarantee that you will be equipped to get started on the right path and give yourself the best possible opportunity to have a long and lucrative career in Medical Sales.
The program is usually 2-3 days long depending on the needs of the class.
When it comes to sales careers, the research shows it does not matter which college you attended. This is why completing a Sales Farm program will help you stand out compared to other candidates competing for the same position.
We are experts in the field of Medical Sales and Medical Sales Recruiting. This includes over 40 combined years of experience in Sales, Management, Hiring, Training, Coaching and Developing Sales Teams. We have a genuine passion for this and no one else is teaching it.
Given our instructors and recruiters come from the Medical Sales field, the program is designed towards Medical Sales. However, the majority of the content is very transferrable to other professional sales industries like IT, Oil & Gas, and Specialized Insurance Sales.
We bring the program to you or as close to you as we can. We schedule program dates at various locations across the United States and let participants pick which one they want to attend.
Here is an analogy to think about: Would it be wise to enter into a karate tournament without knowing karate? On the other hand, it would be a fantastic idea to hire a world-class karate instructor to train you prior to the competition. Given the cost of a four-year degree from a state college is at least $100k, we believe it would be prudent to invest an additional 3% towards your “medical sales education” (curriculum not taught in college). Your enrollment and attendance of a Sales Farm Program will vastly increase your odds when competing against other job seekers for the same position. Bottom line, you will learn more about sales and a career in Medical Sales than any other course you learned in college.
This is a very interactive program. We want to challenge you with specific scenarios, promote group discussion, and have time to really explore what it takes to land a job and be good at it once you do. So, the short answer is we try to keep it to around 10-12 people per program.
If you are currently pursuing a degree, we suggest you wait until you are at least a junior. We don’t recommend attending our program if you are more than two years away from completing your degree. Landing a sales position with a top medical company without a college degree is nearly impossible. Don’t let any other teaching organization or person convince you otherwise. Get your degree!
Our team has done extensive research and we believe our offering is unique and one of a kind. There are other companies who specialize in a narrow space of Medical Sales (usually orthopedics). These programs are typically very expensive, costing up to $14,000 - which does not include housing and meal costs for the 8 to 12-week courses. At Sales Farm, we cover all of the different opportunities in the Medical Sales industry and create a path for you to land your dream job without restriction to one sector, at a fraction of the cost. The fact is, many top medical companies and hiring managers prefer not to interview or hire sales reps from the orthopedic field. This is a known fact within the Medical Sales and recruiting industry. We will be happy to provide additional details on this topic if you need more insight.
"I’m excited to recommend Relentless Recruiting for anyone who needs to find top talent in the BioPharma / Rare Disease industry. I have known Kelly Clark for over 20 years and he is one of the most driven, honest, & respected people in the medical sales industry. There are countless sales leaders who I personally know would echo the same feedback. I love the fact Kelly picked the word “Relentless” as the name of his company. That’s exactly who he is and not surprising Relentless Recruiting has become one of the most dominant recruiting firms in the medical sales industry."
- Julie E., Regional Sales Director
"I have known Kelly Clark for over a decade and we worked together as medical device managers prior to Kelly starting Relentless Recruiting. Kelly has built some of the strongest sales teams in the medical sales industry and won more awards than any other manager during his tenure. I don’t think it’s possible to find a recruiter who knows more about what makes great sales professionals than Kelly. Furthermore, the Relentless Recruiting team did an outstanding job building out our new sales force on a very short turnaround. All it takes is using them once and you will see the difference!"
- Kevin G. Regional Sales Director, Biologic Devices
"I have been in rare disease/specialty pharmaceutical recruiting for over 15 years. I can assure you Relentless Recruiting is one of the most sophisticated, honest, & respected firms in the recruiting industry. There is a reason why recruiters contact Relentless Recruiting when they need help finding talent with their own openings."
- John S., Executive Search Firm Owner
"I have spent over 20 years in the military and I can say Kelly Clark was one of the best officers I served with. We were stationed on a Coast Guard Cutter which patrolled the Bering Sea of Alaska. Needless to say, it’s easy to figure out someone’s true character and leadership abilities under harsh conditions. Kelly was one of the most respected officers on the cutter and it’s not surprising how successful he has become in his civilian career. Kelly has my highest recommendation as a person and a leader."
- Shad T., Commander, USCG
