About Me
I’m Kelly Clark and I really appreciate you taking the time to visit the Sales Farm Website. Since leaving the Military I have spent 20 years in the Medical Sales industry, both as a sales leader and now as the owner of an executive recruiting firm. During my career, I have earned a reputation for being honest, possessing a strong acumen for business, always being willing to go out of my way to help others, and for being a top-producing sales leader. I am very proud of that. Being part of the Medical Sales community has given me the opportunity to work alongside world-renowned Physicians, Nurses, and Hospital Administrators in the pursuit of one common goal – restoring patients back to a fuller life. It has also afforded my family a lifestyle I didn’t dream was possible 20 years ago.
Why Sales Farm?
You might be surprised to learn that the average medical sales representative makes over $150K per year and the top producing sales representatives are making $400K + per year. So, what’s the catch? The sobering truth is getting into medical sales remains, for the most part, a mystery. Look at it from this point, if you call any major college and ask a career counselor what the academic path is to become an accountant, banker, lawyer, engineer, nurse, doctor, marketing executive, etc. You will find they can provide you with the exact academic recipe for pursuing any of these careers. Yet, if you asked them what the path is to become a medical sales professional, they will have little to no advice to offer. In our research, we cannot find one college that offers a degree in sales, and certainly not in medical sales. For this reason, people are left on their own to figure out for themselves how to break into medical sales. Most never figure it out and give up.
